How to view or cancel a scheduled payment on EasyWeb


Learn how to view or cancel your scheduled payments on EasyWeb. Once you're logged in to EasyWeb, this process is fast and simple.
This tutorial assumes you have one or more payments scheduled.


Step 1: View scheduled payments

Go to the Accounts page on EasyWeb..

Select the Pay Bills option in the left menu.

Select the Scheduled Payments button in the left menu. You will see a list of your scheduled payments.

Step 2: Select a payment to cancel

Locate the payment you intend to cancel within the table on the main page.

Select the Cancel button in the right column of the table.


Step 3: Review and confirm

Select the Yes, cancel button to confirm your cancellation.

A message will appear, confirming that you've successfully cancelled your payment.

From here, you can schedule a new payment or return to the Accounts page.
