Kenn Lalonde

Senior Executive Vice President and
Chief Human Resources Officer

In his role as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Kenn Lalonde is accountable for all people and culture strategies that help enrich the lives of employees across TD's global footprint. In 2023, he took on additional responsibility for Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship, Enterprise Real Estate and Strategic Sourcing. He is a member of the Senior Executive Team at TD.

Kenn joined TD in 2012 as President & CEO of TD Insurance, bringing with him extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors in both Canada and the United States. Prior to joining the Bank, Kenn held the position of President and CEO of The Cumis Group in Canada, and senior executive roles with CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin, and CIBC in Canada. He has also served as a past chair of the Insurance Bureau of Canada to help promote public understanding of home, auto and business insurance.

Dedicated to making a positive impact, Kenn chairs the ESG Disclosure Council for the Bank. In December 2023, Kenn was appointed Director and Chairperson of the TD Insurance Board of Directors.

Kenn holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Kenn and his wife reside in Toronto, Ontario.
