Think your card's lost or stolen? Lock it in seconds with the TD Bank app (Android or iOS) or Online Banking. Tap 'Accounts,' then 'Manage your cards' and 'Lock or Unlock Your Card.'
Pick up your debit card curbside.
We now offer curbside pickup for debit cards so you can get a new one even faster. Order a replacement online and pick it up same day or next day. Watch this quick video on how curbside pickup works.
- Schedule curbside pickup. Use our store locator to find a TD Bank that offers 'Curbside Pickup.' Tap to order your replacement debit card for pickup. If you need help, you can always call your nearest TD Bank.
- Look out for a phone call. We need to chat with you before we can get your card ready, so be sure to take our call. We'll figure out whether the card should be closed, check for fraudulent activity and let you know of any other steps to take. You'll also get an email and text with pickup details.
- Drive, walk or ride over. If you drive, look for the closest available parking spot and wait in your car. If you walk or ride over, simply wait out front.
- Let us know you're here. Use the confirmation code in your email or text to let us know you're here and how to find you. Have your ID handy and we'll be right out.
