TD Business Premier Checking: First 3 statement cycles waived, then meet one of the following requirements to waive the $30 monthly maintenance fee ($360 annually): 1) $40,000 in combined business deposits and one personal checking account OR 2) active TD Merchant Solutions account OR 3) TD Small Business Line of Credit or Loan OR 4) active TD Digital Express account. TD Business Premier Checking combined balances includes select business checking, business savings and business money market and personal checking products. The following business products are excluded from the combined balances: Lottery Checking, IOLTA/IOLA/IORTA/RAHF/IOREBTA, All Attorney Trust accounts, All Escrow Accounts, All Business CDs and Landlord Tenant Savings. The following personal checking products are excluded: Health Savings Accounts, TD Student Checking and TD Simply Free Checking. Approved Term loans and Commercial Real Estate Mortgage loans can be any loan amount. Approved Lines of Credit must be in amounts greater than $9,999.99.
