Now you have more ways to bank in person—with longer hours and more services at drive-thrus and in stores. However you decide to visit, know that the well-being of our Customers and Colleagues is our top priority. Plus, we're still here for you 24/7 online or on the TD Bank app (Android or iOS).

Know before you go

You can now bank inside at most of our stores. In some cases, you'll need to check in to our virtual line before you come in, or to get help with certain services. If you have a smartphone, it's as easy as scanning the QR code on the check-in sign. Watch the video to see how virtual check-in works.

For locations that don't have regular lobby hours yet, you can call your local store directly and make an appointment to see us in person. Check the store locator for your store's available services and phone number.

Changes to in-store banking

If you need to visit a store, you'll notice we're taking the following extra steps.

  1. Virtual check-in at select locations—wait outside or in your car until it's your turn (see how it works)

  2. Fewer Customers at a time allowed in the store

  3. Stickers inside and outside to show where you should stand

  4. Plexiglass screens on all teller lines and desk

  1. Face coverings required for all TD Colleagues and Customers*

  2. Hand sanitizer available throughout the store

  3. Increased cleaning of all stores with extra focus on high touch surfaces like ATMs, doors and drive-thru equipment

*Face coverings are recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and are required for our Customers when entering a store. If you're unable to or do not wear a face covering, we will work with you to provide the services requested in another way.
