First login to our secure site to access your dashboard. The dashboard instantly shows you important financial information while allowing you to drill down for more details when needed. You'll customize your dashboard with widgets that offer quick access to things like account balances, reports, and other shortcuts. Create your unique account view by editing settings in the drop-down under all accounts. Customize the financial information you see when you log in by dragging and dropping the dashboard widgets.
Under accounts you'll find detailed account information literally just a click away.
Manage accounts shows your current or prior days information for the accounts of your choice. Account activity lets you see all recent activity in one page view for the account chosen. Multiple search functions allow you to quickly review activity, view check images, and see transactions, balances, and more in real time.
Accountant research tools provides powerful transaction search features to locate historical data on any of your accounts. You can easily create profiles to export your data in multiple formats to use within other software programs like accounting applications or import to your Treasury workstation.
Your data is highly customizable and fully searchable. Under account reports you'll find many standard reports in PDF format for your use as is or to customize to your specifications.
Visit the tools section to set up regular delivery of any of these reports right to your email inbox. You can also create alerts in the tools section, like receiving email notifications when specific transactions happen in your account. In the green bar at the top right of your screen, you'll find interactive e-learning modules along with your alerts, approvals, and messages.
Under payments you'll discover an assortment of payment management choices including our payment center. Here you can review your pending and processed ACH and wire payments all together in one place.
Optional filters let you refine your search by additional criteria like date, type, and payment status. Send US wires or international wires with real-time foreign exchange rates. Create ACH payments to businesses, individuals, and set up ACH tax payments. You can also create templates to make your payment process more efficient and establish future dated and recurring payments for future disbursement. The transfers tab offers simple ways to set up transfers between your TD Bank checking and savings accounts and to advance or pay down any loans you may have. Click on the transfer Center to view all your pending and process transactions in one place.
Protect your business with fraud control services. Add your ACH authorizations and any debit blocks or filters you like to restrict ACH activity presented on your accounts.
Additionally utilize the manage positive pay option to review any suspect check or ACH items all at once within a single decision screen.
Use the tools in check services to create real time stop payments or run searches on your accounts to find and view images of specific paid checks, deposits, or return deposited items.
The administration tab helps you manage your users access within TD eTreasury at a granular level. You can set different permissions and access levels for dollar amounts, accounts, or functions. TD eTreasury allows your company tremendous capacity to implement a variety of controls when establishing user permissions.
